Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Senior Product Manager for ASC Solutions with a primary focus on Anesthesia workflows. This remote role collaborates with Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to shape a compelling product roadmap and commercial strategy.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch, drive data-informed decisions, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve safety, efficiency, and patient outcomes in ASC environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience developing and managing technology solutions spanning hardware and software.
• Strong understanding of market, industry, and technology trends affecting healthcare and automation.
• Collaborate across disciplines, align stakeholders, and influence without direct authority.
• Break down complex customer, business, and technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet; data-driven metrics to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, teamwork, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion product strategy for ASC solutions, with a focus on Anesthesia workflows, and translate insights into a long-term vision.
• Own product development and commercialization across the lifecycle, including pricing, go-to-market, and launches.
• Engage customers to validate opportunities, uncover needs, and test product hypotheses.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Drive data-informed roadmap decisions balancing innovation, debt, and growth.
• Develop clear value propositions to communicate differentiation to internal and external audiences.
• Measure success with financial, commercial, and customer outcomes to accelerate growth and satisfaction.
