Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Senior Product Manager for ASC Solutions, focusing on anesthesia workflows. This remote role involves collaborating across Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to shape a compelling product vision and roadmap, driving value for customers and operations teams.

You will own the full product lifecycle from concept to commercialization, working with stakeholders to balance innovation with customer value and business growth. Up to 20% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience developing and managing technology solutions spanning hardware and software.
• Knowledge of healthcare IT trends affecting the healthcare and automation space.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines, align stakeholders, and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion product strategy for ASC solutions with a focus on Anesthesia workflows.
• Own product development and commercialization across the lifecycle, including pricing, GTM, launch readiness, and performance.
• Engage with customers to uncover needs, validate opportunities, and test hypotheses on ASC workflows.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations.
• Drive data-driven roadmap decisions balancing innovation, value, and growth.
• Develop clear value propositions and communicate product differentiation to internal and external audiences.
• Measure product performance and optimize outcomes to accelerate growth and reduce costs.
