Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for ASC solutions with a primary focus on Anesthesia workflows. This role is remote, with occasional travel up to 20%, and reports to the Sr Director, Product Management.

You will translate market dynamics and customer insights into a compelling product vision and roadmap spanning hardware and software products. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver end-to-end product

Qualifications

Experience managing technology solutions spanning hardware and software.
Understanding of healthcare IT, HealthTech, or medical devices is a plus.
Ability to collaborate across disciplines and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

Define and champion product strategy for ASC solutions, focusing on Anesthesia workflows.
Own product development and commercialization across the lifecycle, including go-to-market and launch readiness.
Engage with customers to uncover needs and validate opportunities for ASC workflows.
Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations.
Drive data-informed roadmap decisions balancing innovation, debt, and customer value.
Measure and optimize product performance across financial, commercial, and customer outcomes.
