Job summary

IP Fabric is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Network Discovery. You will lead the Network Discovery product area, drive development across discovery, data quality, and scalability, and partner with Engineering, UX, and customers to turn insights into actionable scope.

You will own the roadmap, balance trade-offs, and deliver measurable outcomes in a remote-first, EU-based environment. You will apply AI to enhance discovery, analysis, and prioritisation, while guiding teams through ambiguity

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B/enterprise software.
• Strong product judgement to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business impact.
• Hands-on leadership: write problem statements, analyze input, shape scope, drive alignment.
• Practical use of AI/ML to improve product discovery and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Network Discovery product area, including discovery, data quality, and scalability.
• Make high-quality decisions in complex, ambiguous situations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Field teams, and customers to validate priorities.
• Own roadmap decisions for the area and translate discovery insights into scope.
• Drive measurable customer outcomes by improving reliability and coverage of network discovery.
• Translate technical complexity into clear priorities and delivery plans.
• Use customer evidence and product data to prioritise, not just stakeholder pressure.
• Partner with Engineering to shape solutions and ensure quality.
