Job summary

Constructor.io is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Product Discovery Engine across recall, ranking, and personalization for retailers worldwide. You’ll work on turning ML research into production wins, driving business impact such as conversion and GMV, and shaping the chapter’s long-term vision with strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will start within the Search Quality area, own the roadmap, and grow into chapter-wide leadership, aligning ML, data science, and engineering

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management in search, discovery, ML, or NLP-heavy products.
• Track record of moving business metrics, not just features.
• Ability to lead across multiple teams including ML, data science, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy for the Product Discovery Engine and its impact on business metrics.
• Drive quality and relevance across recall, ranking, and personalization.
• Translate ML research into production improvements and new capabilities.
• Set multi-quarter direction and rally teams behind it.
• Lead quality improvements and maintain high-standards for discovery outcomes.
