Constructor.io is seeking a Staff Product Manager for its Product Discovery Engine. You will own the strategy for search and discovery, partnering with ML, data science, and engineering to translate state-of-the-art research into production improvements that boost conversion and revenue.

In a remote-first role, you will guide recall, ranking, query understanding and personalization, while raising discovery quality across multiple retail verticals.

Formación

• 8+ years of extensive product management experience in search, discovery, ML or NLP-heavy products.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and alignment across engineering, data science and ML teams.
• Proven ability to move business metrics (conversion, revenue, GMV) through quality improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Own business impact and drive measurable lift in search relevance and business metrics.
• Lead the Product Discovery Engine strategy, vision, and roadmap across recall, ranking, query understanding and personalization.
• Collaborate with ML, data science, and engineering to translate research into production capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Set chapter direction and ensure quality improvements align with customer outcomes and business goals.
