United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a systems-minded, AI-native Staff Product Manager to lead Agentic Discovery. You will own business impact across agentic experiences, build dashboards for business users, and partner with ML and engineering to ship new experiences.

This fully remote role requires 8+ years in AI/ML or discovery product PM, strong cross-functional leadership, and a data-driven mindset to drive metrics like usage and revenue across customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in AI/ML, agentic, search, or discovery products.
• Experience shipping products that move business metrics (usage, conversion, revenue).
• Experience building dashboards and tooling for business users/operators.

Responsibilities

• Own business impact, not features; drive lift in usage and revenue across agentic experiences.
• Build dashboards and tooling for business teams to see what agentic experiences are doing and why.
• Scale experimentation; turn one-off experiments into repeatable, scalable launches.
• Define multi-quarter direction for Agentic Discovery and rally teams.
• Lead business tooling and dashboard strategy to make agentic behavior measurable for business users.
• Unite on-site and offsite surfaces with one definition of agentic discovery success.
• Turn AI capability into shipped experiences by partnering with ML and engineering.
• Define and instrument core metrics—go-live velocity, usage, engagement, business outcomes.
• Grow the mandate across the full agentic portfolio and integrations.
