Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Search and Discovery to shape customer-facing digital products. You will lead strategy, discovery, and delivery, connecting business needs to technical execution, with a focus on site search, navigation, and catalog taxonomy.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams in a remote-capable role, travel to Melville, NY up to six times/year for internal meetings. Strong technical background in React/SpringBoot and cloud platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years in a product or technical role focused on software development and system integrations.
• Demonstrated Agile development mindset with hands-on expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end across marketing and engineering.
• Hands-on experience with on-site search or discovery product ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead search strategy, relevance tuning, ranking signals, synonyms, and autocomplete.
• Own taxonomy, navigation, and SEO-friendly information architecture across thousands of SKUs.
• Guide CX platform strategy, tech stack selection, and CRM data flows.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical docs in JIRA/Confluence.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and developers to define feasible technical requirements.
• Lead UAT planning and end-to-end testing for releases.
• Establish metrics and monitor product performance post-launch.
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactively identify problems and implement solutions.
