SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Search and Discovery to drive strategy, development, and delivery of customer-facing digital products. This role connects business needs to technical implementation and requires travel to Melville, NY for quarterly meetings.

Remote work is available for eligible US states, with on-site visits as needed. The candidate will own site search, navigation, and CX platform strategy, collaborating with engineering and marketing to improve product

Qualifications

• Conduct user and market research to guide product strategy and roadmaps
• Prioritize opportunities based on business impact, technical complexity, and resources
• Own the product backlog with detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of features
• Collaborate with developers to define technical requirements and feasibility
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate with stakeholders
• Lead UAT planning and end-to-end testing to ensure quality
• Monitor metrics and adjust roadmap based on data and post-launch insights
• Support end-to-end testing, QA, and validation for integrations
• Establish monitoring plans and ensure alignment with business goals

Responsibilities
