Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive NBA reporting and measurement tracking. You will translate requirements, manage backlogs, and partner with development, data science, and analytics teams to deliver trusted reporting and insights.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Digital, CCC, and IT, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring delivery aligns with business outcomes. This role is remote with some travel and 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of product management or product owner experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Delivery execution: translate needs into clear requirements, ship with dev teams, manage backlog, write user stories & acceptance criteria.
• Measurement: working knowledge of KPIs/OKRs and ability to track metrics objectively.
• Collaboration: build cross-functional relationships across data science, analytics, and business teams.
• Product delivery: knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies; familiar with ADO & Jira Align.

Responsibilities

• Translate measurement and reporting needs into well-defined requirements and write epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive delivery of new reporting requirements with development teams and be the day-to-day product contact.
• Manage and prioritize the reporting backlog by business impact and dependencies.
• Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Track progress, manage risks, and escalate timelines or scope as needed.
• Generate and maintain regular reports/dashboards; surface actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders.
