Realtor.com is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the matching model and downstream experiences for premium leads, partnering with engineering and CX teams to scale configurable rules. You will drive roadmap decisions and coordinate with related teams to improve live transfer metrics.

This role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable improvements in funnel metrics while working in a culture that values in-person collaboration across our offices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience owning complex business logic or decisioning systems
• Experience in marketplaces or lead-gen models where allocation or eligibility rules affect revenue
• Ability translating customer-facing configuration needs (pricing tiers, eligibility rules) into product/engineering requirements
• Track record of driving measurable funnel metrics (conversion, claim, assignment) rather than shipping features only

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the matching mechanism in collaboration with customer experience teams
• Partner with engineering to turn eligibility and preference rules into scalable configuration
• Work with teams owning customer-facing applications to ship surfaces where customers set or see matching rules
• Triage and prioritize small features and bugs in the handoff flow
• Track and report on Claim Rate and Assignment Rate and related metrics
• Coordinate with Call Center Platform PM to keep boundary between matching logic and call-center execution
• Represent this domain in planning, prioritization, and leadership reviews
