Realtor.com is looking for a consumer-centric Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the home seller experience. This high-impact IC role sits at the intersection of consumer empowerment, marketplace monetization, and partnerships — touching millions of homeowners seeking guidance as they navigate listing and selling options.

You will define how sellers determine the right time to list, connect with top local agents, and evaluate selling paths, including cash offers via an integrated partner

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience shipping consumer features at scale.
• Experience in marketplace, real estate, or fintech is preferred.
• Ability to use qualitative research and data to shape direction.
• Strong experimentation and hypothesis-driven approach.
• Comfort collaborating with engineers, designers, analytics, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for the home seller journey.
• Build experiences that help homeowners understand market conditions and decide when to sell.
• Drive the seller connection experience with local listing agents.
• Develop features for alternative selling options through partner ecosystems.
• Own the surface areas including core seller experience, off-market pages, and homepage.
• Collaborate on seamless seller partner integrations.
• Lead an experimentation program to improve conversion, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and ship features on time.
• Define and track KPIs for seller engagement, lead quality, and consumer satisfaction.
