Job summary

Realtor.com® in Austin is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the matching model for premium leads and the downstream handoff to agents. You’ll collaborate with engineering and CX teams to refine eligibility rules and surface configuration in customer-facing apps.

You’ll focus on funnel metrics like claim and assignment rates to improve the overall Live Transfer Rate and guide decisioning across the marketplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with complex business logic.
• Experience in marketplaces or lead-gen models affecting revenue.
• Able to translate customer configuration needs into product requirements.
• Proven track record of driving funnel metrics such as conversion and rate improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for the matching mechanism with CX teams guiding impact on funnel metrics.
• Translate eligibility rules into scalable configuration with engineering.
• Ship surfaces where customers set or see their matching rules.
• Track claim rate and assignment rate to improve Live Transfer Rate.
