You will own the roadmap, partner with cross-functional teams, and oversee integration of mortgage tools within the home-shopping journey.

The role requires 10+ years in product management, 3+ years in Finance or Mortgage, and strong CRO/Data-Analytics capabilities. Austin-based with in-office collaboration three+ days per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in high-volume consumer products.
• 3+ years of domain expertise in Finance or Mortgage (LendingTech/FinTech).
• Strong knowledge of lead generation models and marketplace dynamics.
• Familiarity with regulatory landscape governing mortgage/financial services (RESPA).
• Ability to architect multi-sided platform experiences for consumers, agents, and lenders.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to solve complex problems at scale.
