Realtor.com® is seeking a Senior Product Designer, Partner Marketplace, to join a cross functional product team. You will partner with the Product Manager and Engineering Lead from research through shipped pixels, impacting millions of consumers and real estate professionals.

You’ll contribute to design systems, lead end-to-end design processes, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver world‑class experiences that connect buyers and sellers in the home journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio showcasing user-centered design, flows, prototyping, and shipped products.
• Proven ability to execute on diverse priorities across consumer and client-facing platforms.
• Strong and clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with researchers, product leaders, engineers, product marketing, brand, and other designers on complex problems.
• Be the voice of the user and explore multiple ideas while delivering an executable result.
• Deliver innovative solutions improving user experience across products for the team.
• Independently lead all aspects of the design process from conception to completion.
• Articulate the value of design clearly to Product and Engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the evolution and strengthening of our design system and components.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints for the team.
• Uphold high standards for design excellence and raise the design bar at the company.
