Job summary

Realtor.com® seeks a Senior Product Manager, Matching to own the end-to-end matching model for premium leads in our Austin marketplace. You will own the flow from vetted leads to agent handoffs, and work with engineering and CX teams to implement configurable eligibility rules for scalable deployment.

You will measure funnel metrics such as claim and assignment rates, partner with related PMs, and translate business needs into robust product requirements while guiding the roadmap in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in marketplaces or lead-gen models where allocation or matching affects revenue.
• Ability to translate customer-facing configuration needs into product and engineering requirements.
• Proven track record driving funnel metrics (conversion, claim, assignment, or similar).
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills and coordination with peer PMs.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the matching mechanism in collaboration with customer experience teams.
• Partner with engineering to turn eligibility rules into scalable configurations.
• Work with teams owning customer-facing applications to ship matching surfaces.
• Triage and prioritize bug fixes versus roadmap items in the handoff flow.
• Track and report on Claim Rate and Assignment Rate and their impact on Live Transfer Rate.
• Coordinate with the Call Center PM to keep matching logic and call-center execution boundaries clear.
