Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Principal Product Manager to set long-term strategy for the Client business. You will work with senior leaders and GMs to shape a broad portfolio spanning lead and non-lead products, defining strategic bets and a clear roadmap for execution.

This role requires high ambiguity tolerance, cross-functional influence, and the ability to craft compelling business cases for new commercial models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of product management at a strategic level.
• Experience partnering with C-suite or execs on strategy/long-range planning.
• Track record shaping new business lines or commercial models with measurable P&L impact.
• Experience in real estate, marketplace, or B2B subscription/services businesses.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy in a high-stakes, cross-functional environment with senior leaders.
• Own the long-term strategic roadmap across lead and non-lead products.
• Define scope and sequencing, and drive prioritization and tradeoffs across teams.
• Define and evolve packaging, pricing, and tiering for a coherent value proposition.
• Build the business case foundation for new commercial models and opportunities.
