Job summary

Fleetio seeks an evidence-based Senior Product Manager for the Maintenance domain to own core workflows used by fleets daily. You will understand in-house and external maintenance processes and craft product experiences that unify work orders, inspections, issues, and parts inventory in one system.

You will partner with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to plan, validate hypotheses, and drive high-usage features with a strong market focus and measurable impact for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for modern B2B SaaS environments with end-to-end ownership.
• Fluency with data and strong analytical skills.
• Experience planning, designing, and iterating end-to-end product features with cross-functional teams and executives.
• Ability to influence and guide teams, manage priorities, and communicate product vision clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the maintenance workflows, tools, and automations (work orders, inspections, issues, PM schedules, parts & inventory).
• Drive Fleetio's vision of running maintenance in one connected system with in-house and external partners.
• Collaborate with research, design, engineering, data science, marketing, and customer-facing teams to define strategies and decisions.
• Ensure maintenance experiences are customer-driven, data-informed, and designed to reduce costs and keep vehicles available.
