ServiceUp, a fast-growing AI-powered platform for vehicle repair, seeks a Staff Product Manager to own a core surface used by repair shops, fleets, and FMCs. This senior role blends strategy with hands-on delivery, shaping roadmap and partnering with engineering and design.

You will translate operational realities into scalable products, drive impact across surfaces, and mentor others while pushing for high craft and measurable improvements in turnaround time and cost.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management across multiple areas.
• Ability to tie product decisions to business outcomes.
• Experience with AI tooling and workflows.
• Strong data instincts and metrics mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a cross-functional platform area.
• Drive strategic alignment across product areas.
• Synthesize signals from customers, data, support and partners.
• Prototype workflows and test strategy with real artifacts.
• Build AI workflows and reusable patterns.
• Contribute to discovery, quality, and success metrics.
• Prioritize ruthlessly in a lean pod.
• Mentor junior PMs and raise team capability.
