Fleetio is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead Growth 1 and Growth 2 squads, driving product-led growth through activation, adoption, and monetization initiatives. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager or technical people leader.
• Proven experience leading growth-focused engineering organizations with experimentation and data-driven decision making.
• Experience partnering with Product, Design, Data, and Analytics as a strategic thought partner.

Responsibilities

• Lead Growth 1 and Growth 2 engineering squads against a shared growth mission and roadmap.
• Coach engineers on code quality, testing, observability, and experimentation discipline.
• Translate experiment results and customer insights into engineering priorities and roadmap recommendations.
• Recruit, hire, and retain exceptional engineering talent for the Growth organization.
