Job summary

Censys is hiring a Senior Product Manager to scale the execution of the Censys Internet Map—tracing assets, ports, services, and certificates across the public internet. You’ll translate priorities into engineering requirements, drive the delivery cadence, and ensure alignment across product, engineering, and GTM teams.

You will define business and customer priorities, manage cross-team delivery, and partner with data, security, and platform teams to ship features that convert large-scale scan

Qualifications

• 5+ years product management experience in full-scale data platforms, cybersecurity, or intelligence products.
• 5+ years working in cybersecurity with deep experience focusing on IP, DNS, and routing domain.
• Enough technical fluency in data systems, distributed infrastructure, or scanning at scale to write requirements.
• Proven experience writing detailed technical requirements and acceptance criteria that engineers can build against.
• Experience defining data schemas and quality metrics, and writing documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience running a delivery cadence (sprint planning, backlog grooming, status reporting) with a fast-moving engineering org.
• Proven track record working with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, peer PMs) without formal authority over their priorities.
• Demonstrates curiosity, willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Define business and customer priorities behind the Internet Map and how it stays best-in-class across products.
• Drive cross-functional data prioritization and align data investments with company goals.
• Write detailed engineering requirements and acceptance criteria for data collection, enrichment, and delivery.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure data quality and actionable intelligence from scan and DNS data.
• Provide regular updates and enablement to cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) on what's shipping and upcoming changes.
