Job summary

Optimum is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and outcomes for multiple Internal Tools products, partnering with Care, Sales, Field, and back-office to move the business.

You will establish prioritized backlogs, define audience needs, build business cases with P&L/ROI, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive GTM readiness while guiding teams through agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of product management or product operations experience with ownership of multiple products or major product areas
• Ability to lead complex initiatives end-to-end with minimal assistance across engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders
• Experience constructing business cases, performing P&L/ROI evaluation, and managing direct product costs
• Strong written and verbal communication at the Manager/Director level; executive-style presentations and storytelling
• Solid analytics fluency: identifies key metrics and makes actionable recommendations
• Experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment: backlog management, sprint planning, release coordination, Agile ceremonies
• Ability to simplify complex problems into core issues and actions while staying aligned with strategy

Responsibilities

• Create and own the product strategy and feature set for multiple Internal Tools products with minimal assistance
• Contribute to overall B2C and Mobile portfolio strategy from an Internal Tools perspective
• Establish and gain acceptance for prioritized backlogs across products; manage feature backlogs at product level
• Define audience needs and use cases; act as SME and customer advocate
• Construct business cases and use financial drivers to influence product decisions
• Perform P&L and ROI evaluation; base decisions on value/cost trade-offs
• Define reporting requirements and track KPIs, usage, and performance
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across agent workflows and employee platforms end-to-end
• Drive GTM readiness with stakeholders and support post-launch operations
• Serve as Agile product owner and represent Product at ceremonies; anticipate effort deltas
