You will work closely with engineering to negotiate scope, break down estimates, and ship fast by simplifying complex requirements.

You are a mid‑senior generalist who thrives in ambiguity, collaborates directly with engineering, writes crisp requirements, and uses AI tools to accelerate workflows.

Qualifications

• Independent worker with PM best practices and generalist skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to land scope.
• Proven ability to write clear requirements documents.
• Comfort with ambiguity and driving delivery without scripts.
• Strong communication across business and engineering stakeholders.
• Fluency with AI tools and modern workflows.

Responsibilities

• Scope projects end to end: capture business value and user needs.
• Negotiate scope and estimates with engineering teams.
• Identify high-value internal tooling opportunities (80% impact).
• Embed in workstreams and translate high-level direction into concrete plans.
• Partner with the CTO's team to deliver scoped work on schedule.
• Work with AI tools to draft requirements and track dependencies.
• Operate without bureaucracy and adapt to shifting priorities.
