Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience shipping software products used by operational, clinical, or frontline users.
• Experience in the healthcare industry and/or within a large, complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience shipping an AI, ML, or large language model feature to production and measured outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams inside and beyond their own team.

Responsibilities

• Embed with local market teams to understand care delivery and write problem statements.
• Run the work as one team with cycle times measured in weeks.
• Build prototypes and internal tools with AI coding and agent tools.
• Partner with finance, data, security, legal, privacy and governance to deliver enterprise-ready products.
