Job summary

Optimum is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Mobile Services portfolio. You will define and deliver new features for Optimum Mobile, embedding AI capabilities and data-driven insights across product design, customer experience, and network operations.

Reporting to the Director of Connectivity Solutions, you will own end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch, scale, and enhancement, while collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing, and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MS or MBA in Data Science/AI/Analytics preferred.
• Significant experience managing high-profile cross-functional products in telecom/digital spaces.
• Experience with mobile product management and APIs/architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the B2B Mobile roadmap, aligning with strategic goals.
• Create business cases for features, articulating value, cost, ROI, and risks.
• Define product vision, goals, and AI-driven KPIs including predictive analytics.
