Job summary

Twilio is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its Identity platform, shaping secure, developer-first identity experiences. You will own the roadmap, define product capabilities, and partner with engineering leadership to deliver high-impact features for authentication and authorization.

You will work in a startup-like environment within Twilio, balancing ownership with scale, reporting to product leadership and influencing cross-team initiatives to delight developers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in product management or 2+ years in product management and 3+ years in an engineering role.
• Experience in building deeply technical products and/or products for developers.
• Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design product capabilities for Identity platform and build roadmap.
• Partner with leadership to translate customer needs into product capabilities.
• Collaborate across teams to align on product direction and unblock initiatives.
• Own PRFAQs and product requirement docs and enable GTM teams.
