Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the next generation of identity products. You will lead developer-focused features for authentication, authorization, and identity use cases, collaborating with product and engineering leaders to define the roadmap and deliver high-impact capabilities.

In a remote-first environment, you’ll own critical customer outcomes, translate needs into PRFAQs and PRDs, and partner across teams to remove blockers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or 2+ years in PM plus 3+ years in an engineering role.
• Experience building deeply technical products for developers.
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in identity and access management.

Responsibilities

• Design product capabilities for Identity platform on Twilio—build new products for agentic and human identity use cases.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to set direction and deliver the roadmap.
