Own the Platform Roadmap: define multi-quarter strategy for foundational services.
Transition to Self-Service: shift to self-service product model with catalogs.
Lead Cross-functional Integration: collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security.
Drive Developer Productivity: improve APIs, SDKs, and sandbox environments.
Measure and Optimize: establish KPI dashboards and governance frameworks.
