Job summary
Okta is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Identity Governance to help scale our identity platform. You will partner with engineers, design, and cross-functional teams across Okta to define strategy, roadmap, and outcomes that customers love.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, you will lead a scrum team, articulate differentiators with Marketing, and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver bold, secure identity governance capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in Enterprise SaaS or IaaS.
- Developed a phased roadmap for complex projects and delivered a loved product.
- Customer obsessed with ownership mindset and outcome-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand governance and access management pain points.
- Define and execute the roadmap for the Okta Identity Governance platform.
- Set product strategy and evangelize the strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
- Define the product roadmap with prioritization trade-offs to execute the vision.
- Lead a scrum team of engineers to deliver features on time and with quality.
- Be a thought leader for the product area and monitor innovations and competition.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to articulate Okta's differentiation.
