Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and prioritization for the Policies product area.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to ship policies with best-in-class UX and security.
• Drive direction for the Policy Framework, Policy API, and Auth Pipeline.
• Define operational governance: versioning, staged rollout, auditability, rollback.
• Engage with customers, SE, Support, and other product teams to translate needs into requirements.
• Use AI tools to accelerate spec writing, competitive analysis, and prototyping.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams for launch and adoption.
• Represent Policies in customer escalations, executive briefings, and enterprise evaluations.
• Track trends in adaptive authentication, risk-based access, and session security.
