Okta is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Identity Governance to drive the roadmap, strategy, and execution across cross-functional teams. You will translate customer needs in governance, compliance, and access management into scalable platform features and differentiating capabilities.

You will lead a scrum team, partner with design and engineering, and stay ahead of industry trends while communicating Okta’s differentiators to stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in Enterprise SaaS or IaaS.
• Developed a phased roadmap for complex projects and delivered a loved product.
• Customer-obsessed with ownership mindset and outcomes-driven.
• Bachelor's degree or an MBA.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand governance, compliance, and access management pain points and identify opportunities for Okta.
• Define and execute the roadmap for the Okta Identity Governance platform.
• Set product strategy and evangelize the strategy to stakeholders.
• Define the product roadmap with prioritized trade-offs to execute the vision.
• Lead a scrum team of engineers and deliver features with high quality on time.
• Stay informed on innovations and competitive landscape for the product area.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to articulate Okta's differentiation.
