Okta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Identity Governance platform. You will partner with engineers, architects, design, and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into a clear product roadmap and strategy.

The role requires a strong technical background, ownership mindset, and the ability to drive complex initiatives across the Okta Identity Cloud. Hybrid work in the SF Bay Area is supported with equity, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in Enterprise SaaS or IaaS.
Developed phased roadmaps for complex projects and delivered products customers loved.
Customer-obsessed with an owner mindset and outcomes-driven approach.
Bachelor's degree or MBA.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand governance, compliance, and access management pain points.
Define and execute the roadmap for the Okta Identity Governance platform.
Set product strategy and vision for the product area and evangelize it internally and externally.
Define the roadmap with prioritization trade-offs to enable timely delivery.
Lead a scrum team and deliver features with high quality on schedule.
Stay ahead of innovations and competitive landscape; collaborate with marketing on differentiation.
