Job summary

• 6+ years of experience in product management.

• Ability to have in-depth technical discussions with engineering teams.
• Ability to connect platform decisions to Okta's business outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ownership mindset.
• Collaborative by default with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and prioritization for Policies product area.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to define and ship policies with best-in-class UX and security.
• Drive direction for the Policy Framework, Policy API, and Auth Pipeline.
• Define operational roll-out, versioning, auditability, and rollback as part of change management.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements through cross-functional collaboration.
• Use AI tools to accelerate spec writing and analysis.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure launch and adoption of policy-related experiences.
• Represent Policies in customer escalations and executive briefings.
• Track industry trends to differentiate Okta's policy solutions.
