Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Policies to own strategy and execution of authentication policy roadmap. You’ll balance customer requests, platform needs, and market differentiation, partnering with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

You will define policy framework, API, and auth pipeline directions, ensuring scalable change management and successful rollouts across Okta’s platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in identity, security, enterprise-scale platforms or developer products.
• Ability to have in-depth technical discussions with engineering teams.
• Ability to connect platform decisions to business outcomes and market position.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to switch between detail and executive narrative.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and prioritization for policy products and drive execution.
• Collaborate with design/engineering to deliver best-in-class UX and security.
• Define the Policy Framework, API, and Auth Pipeline direction and evolution.
• Manage rollout, versioning, auditability, and rollback within change management.
