Geotab is seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee product development from conception to launch across multiple products and segments, discovering, developing, and cultivating new offerings that support Geotab’s business models and continued growth.

You will collaborate with UX designers, developers, data scientists, and leaders to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and measure success with KPIs and user engagement metrics. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset is essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of required experience in product management and/or customer discovery.
• Demonstrated experience with user engagement metrics and product KPIs to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in Agile planning methods and practices.

• Own the development of a comprehensive product roadmap and drive execution of strategic initiatives.
• Lead customer discovery and mentor team members on interviews to refine value propositions.
• Translate needs into epics and initiatives aligned with product strategy and work with cross-functional teams to deliver.
