Geotab, a global leader in IoT and connected transportation, seeks a Head of Insurance Solutions to own the insurance product and partnerships that deliver measurable premium savings for fleets. You will connect Geotab fleet data with insurers, grow direct carrier relationships, and drive insurance program adoption and retention.

This role demands 10+ years in product-related domains, 5+ years in senior leadership, and deep knowledge of usage-based insurance, telematics, and data privacy.

Competenze

• 10–12 years of overall experience, including 10+ years in product management, product engineering, or a related customer-facing product role.
• 5+ years in senior product leadership roles with cross-functional organizational scope.
• 5–8 years of leadership experience, including experience leading small teams or operating as a hands-on product leader who influences without direct authority.
• 3+ years accountable for customer-facing outcomes and cross-functional coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience).
• Deep domain knowledge in usage-based insurance, telematics data sharing, carrier/aggregator ecosystems, underwriting, risk scoring, and data privacy/regulatory considerations.
• Demonstrated track record in defining and tracking product KPIs, customer adoption metrics, investment portfolio stewardship, and negotiating strategic partnerships with commercial terms and technical integrations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, change readiness, and AI nativity to redesign domain workflows around AI and foster team development, collaboration, and high-trust organizational culture.

Mansioni

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and outcome ownership for Insurance Solutions.
• Lead carrier partnership strategy and make build/buy/partner decisions to drive KPAs like program adoption and retention.
• Define delivery standards to drive carrier partnerships and program-attributed revenue.
• Treat fleet operators, managers, and drivers as primary customers and define a demand-driven roadmap with customer experience metrics.
• Build and mentor a high-trust domain team, scaling product, design, and engineering capacity as traction grows.
• Translating board strategy into execution, manage the investment portfolio, and present revenue trajectory to leadership.
• Coordinate with Platform and Segment Domain leads and go-to-market teams to align dependencies and champion a Geotab First mindset.
