Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Head of Insurance Solutions to own the customer-facing insurance product and partnerships, connecting Geotab fleet data to insurers so that fleets earn measurable premium savings and Geotab grows direct carrier relationships and insurance program adoption.

You will lead product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes, with responsibility for customer value delivery, people leadership, and cross-domain coordination across Platform, Segment, and Solution domains.

Qualifications

10–12 years total experience in product management/engineering.
10+ years in senior product leadership roles.
5–8 years leading small teams and cross-functional coordination.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or equivalent.
Deep knowledge in usage-based insurance, telematics, or insurtech.
Experience defining KPIs and managing partnerships.
Strong cross-functional leadership and AI familiarity.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Insurance Solutions.
Lead carrier partnerships and define delivery standards for KPIs.
Ensure customer value delivery and regulatory compliance in data sharing.
Build and mentor a high-trust, customer-obsessed domain team as program grows.
Translate board strategy into execution, manage investment portfolio and revenue trajectory.
Coordinate with Platform/Segment leads and go-to-market teams for aligned solutions.
Develop strategic partnerships with board leadership and drive multi-domain collaboration.
