Responsibilities

• Aid product support team on advanced technical support via phone and e-mail for internal and external customers in the areas of selection and application.
• Establish and work with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and set focus aligning with long-term product roadmap strategy for the business unit.
• Provide direction in the resolution of complex application challenges.
• Determine the need for onsite application engineering field support.
• Responsible for negotiating with internal and external customers to find mutually beneficial solutions to field problems.
• Develop, propose, and manage department costs to target budget.
