Job description

Join Greenheck Group, a global leader in air movement and ventilation. As Product Manager, you will lead product strategy, provide technical support, and drive market growth.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Provide assistance to the product support team on advanced technical support via phone and e‑mail for both internal and external customers in the areas of selection and application.
  • Establish and work with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to prioritize projects and set a focus aligned with the long‑term product roadmap strategy for the business unit.
  • Provide direction in the resolution of complex application challenges.
  • Determine the need for onsite application engineering field support.
  • Negotiate with internal and external customers to find mutually beneficial solutions to field problems.
  • Participate in industry codes and standard committees to influence industry direction.
  • Use knowledge to guide business unit strategy.
  • Highlight and communicate key selling points of current products for delivery to sales teams and customers.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap.
  • Continuously evaluate competition to further enhance the company’s marketplace, maintaining and extending the company’s advantage in associated markets.
  • Create training themes and messages to be communicated by the application and product teams.
  • Attend offsite events and conduct customer, competitor, and supplier interactions.
  • Collaborate with business unit leadership in the strategic planning process.
  • Report on market trends, opportunities, and issues within the industry and investigate alternative channel opportunities.
  • Supervise and develop the business unit customer support and applications teams.
  • Monitor and set pricing levels to control volume and achieve targeted profit levels.
  • Create and maintain sales forecasts.
  • Develop, propose, and manage department costs to meet budget targets.
  • Maintain and create new relationships with representative network and sales channels on product offerings.
What you should have:
  • 6‑8 years of relevant work experience required.
  • 4‑6 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or managerial role required.
  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in engineering or equivalent years of job experience required.
Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this role includes base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation based on achieving specific performance metrics. The starting base pay range for this position is $140,250‑$178,453 and may vary based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance. Physical Requirements

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. The position is largely sedentary, with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. Repetitive motion and substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers are required. Visual acuity to read and analyze data, prepare and analyze figures, transcribe, and view a computer terminal is necessary. Occasional mobility is required to attend in‑person meetings and complete various office tasks. Work may be performed at the company’s setting, home, or in a hybrid arrangement.
