The compensation for this role includes base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation based on achieving specific performance metrics. The starting base pay range for this position is $140,250‑$178,453 and may vary based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. The position is largely sedentary, with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. Repetitive motion and substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers are required. Visual acuity to read and analyze data, prepare and analyze figures, transcribe, and view a computer terminal is necessary.
