Job summary

FTS is seeking a Senior Product Manager for API & Integrations to own the strategy and evolution of a growing integration portfolio across benefits administration, CRM, and external platforms. You will partner with product, engineering, and external partners to streamline workflows, improve data movement, and create a connected benefits ecosystem.

This fully remote role focuses on API-driven integrations and data exchange across systems.

Qualifications

7+ years of Product Management experience with API-driven/integration-focused products.
Experience leading integrations with APIs, external systems, data exchange and third-party partners.
Background in employee benefits, insurance tech, healthtech, or related ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Lead the integration product portfolio end-to-end, setting direction and roadmap.
Guide integrations across benefits administration, CRM, and external platforms.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements, data flows, and acceptance criteria.
Evaluate opportunities based on customer value and technical feasibility.
Represent the product organization with external partners through design, implementation and launch.
Define measures of integration performance and adoption using data.
Drive improvements to reduce manual processes and improve data quality.
Incorporate privacy, security, and compliance considerations into product decisions.
Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and documentation.
Provide clear product guidance to teams across sales, service, technology, and leadership.
