Realtor.com® is seeking a Principal Product Manager to set the long-term strategy for the Client business. You’ll partner with senior leaders, shape direction across lead and non-lead products, and develop a defensible roadmap for execution.

In this high-ambiguity, high-impact role, you’ll define scope, pricing, and packaging, build business cases for new models, and drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of product management with portfolio scope.
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives on strategy.
• Experience in real estate, marketplace, or B2B subscription/services.
• Strong financial acumen and ROI framing.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy across Client Products and corporate strategy.
• Own the long-term strategic roadmap for lead and non-lead products.
• Define scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs across teams.
• Evolve packaging, pricing, and tiering strategy.
• Build business cases for new commercial models and opportunities.
• Establish success metrics and operating cadences.
• Prepare executive-ready roadmaps and reviews.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
