Realtor.com is seeking a strategic Vice President of Product to lead the core Realtor.com consumer experience, including the product teams responsible for search, discovery, listing details, personalization, and the end-to-end consumer journey across web and native apps.

As a key member of the Consumer Product leadership team, you will balance hands‑on product execution with strategic vision, owning the end-to-end consumer experience and driving growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital environments.
• 5+ years leading multi-level product teams, including managers of managers.
• Proven track record in search, discovery, personalization, and marketplace products.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for the core Realtor.com consumer experience across web and mobile apps.
• Oversee core surfaces: search, browse, listing details, saved homes, and notifications.
• Drive growth, engagement, retention, and conversion through data-driven experimentation.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, and Data Science to apply AI capabilities to the consumer journey.
• Present strategy and results to executives and scale a high-performing product organization.
