Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and commercial enablement for InterQual products. You will drive roadmap prioritization, partner integrations, and market insights across a multi-tenant SaaS platform.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, sales, and customer teams to ensure successful launches and customer value, with remote work options within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience spanning strategic roadmap ownership and tactical delivery.
• Experience owning a technical integration surface consumed by external partners or resellers.
• Experience producing long-term roadmaps and aligning them across stakeholders.
• Experience writing Product Requirements Documents or similar specifications.
• Experience producing a release schedule for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
• Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, HL7 FHIR, SMART on FHIR, C-CDA, HL7 v2.
• Ability to establish intake/triage mechanisms for high-demand products.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the roadmap for the integrated user application and backend platform.
• Rank features and set the annual release calendar; triage defects and releases.
• Own intake decisions on roadmap requests and prioritize accordingly.
• Author clear PRDs and support feature grooming and budgeting.
• Manage partner integrations and maintain API versioning and migration plans.
• Define product positioning, pricing input, and enablement with Sales and CS.
• Gather market and customer insights to inform strategy.
