UnitedHealth Group is seeking a hands-on Product Owner to translate strategy into executable backlog for a Scrum Team. You will work with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, QA, and Operations to deliver customer-focused healthcare fintech products.

You will apply SQL and analytics to shape prioritization, refine features, and ensure delivery meets business goals, while leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance outcomes. Remote work is supported nationwide.

Formación

• 3+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or BA supporting software/technology teams
• 3+ years in Agile/Scrum environments with backlog management and user story creation
• Domain experience in FinTech, healthcare payments, or related areas
• Hands-on SQL to query databases and inform backlog prioritization
• Experience supporting cross-functional software engineering teams
• Technical aptitude to understand system architecture and data flows
• Strong written and verbal communication translating requirements into user stories

Responsabilidades

• Bridge business requirements and Agile development teams with clear features, stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support engineering teams throughout SDLC and clarify evolving requirements
• Analyze data to uncover insights and optimize backlog prioritization
• Own and refine the Scrum Team backlog in line with strategy and dependencies
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, QA, Architecture, and Operations
• Lead Agile ceremonies and influence sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Review and accept completed work ensuring it meets acceptance criteria and quality standards
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery
• Identify opportunities for intelligent automation and data-driven capabilities
• Evaluate trends to inform solution design and backlog management
