Outcomes® in Des Moines, IA seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape the product vision and strategy for healthcare analytics. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee the end-to-end lifecycle, and drive data-driven decisions to improve pharmacy operations and patient care.

You will own the Insights analytics product built on Google Looker, collaborate with executives, and mentor others while ensuring regulatory compliance and data security.

Qualifications

• Proven track record (7+ years) of impactful product management in healthcare technology or related sectors.
• Deep understanding of pharmacy operations and healthcare workflows.
• Proficiency in agile product development, strategic planning, and executive-level communication.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on BI experience; Looker preferred, Power BI required.
• Ability to build dashboards and custom reports; PM, not dev role.

Responsabilités

• Oversee interoperability, data integration, sourcing, and reporting.
• Own the Insights analytics product built on Google Looker.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and leadership.
• Develop and orchestrate a strategic product roadmap with prioritization.
• Define product vision aligned with company objectives and industry trends.
• Ensure financial targets, budgets, and profitability are tracked.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and data security throughout lifecycle.
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to internal trainings.
