Outcomes is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision and strategy for transformative healthcare analytics products in pharmacy operations. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, sales, and marketing, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle and ensuring data-driven decision making.

You will own the Insights analytics product built on Google Looker, guide stakeholder collaboration, and focus on regulatory compliance and performance metrics to deliver impactful

Competenze

• 7+ years of impactful product management in healthcare tech or related sectors.
• Deep understanding of pharmacy operations and healthcare workflows.
• Proficiency in agile product development, strategic planning, and executive communication.
• Leadership, stakeholder management, and team motivation skills.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with BI tools; Looker preferred; Power BI as minimum.
• Ability to build dashboards and reports; product management focus, not dev/data architecture.
