Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategy Manager to shape product and platform strategy across risk-bearing provider organizations and payer-adjacent workflows. Translate client needs, market intelligence, and analytics into differentiated product roadmaps with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, commercial strategy, or healthcare consulting, supporting risk-bearing provider, or accountable care organizations.
• Experience with payer-adjacent workflows is strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, healthcare analytics, or data platform solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for MedInsight's provider analytics and data portfolio.
• Translate market intelligence, client insights, and business objectives into differentiated products.
• Lead commercialization efforts: positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Develop 12–24-month roadmaps in partnership with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Leadership to align investments and outcomes.
• Drive execution with Engineering and Product Management across teams.
• Identify scalable platform capabilities for future market expansion.
