Job summary

Outcomes® seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive vision and strategy for transformative pharmacy-operations products. You will lead cross-functional teams, align clinical and business goals, and oversee end-to-end lifecycles with a focus on data interoperability and Looker-powered insights.

You will collaborate with leadership to shape strategy, own the product roadmap, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding customers and internal teams through launches and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of impactful product management in healthcare technology or related sectors.
• Deep understanding of pharmacy operations and healthcare workflows.
• Proficiency in agile product development, strategic planning, and executive-level communication. Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Insights analytics product built on Google Looker and manage customer interactions with the tool.
• Develop and orchestrate a strategic product roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
• Drive product strategy, requirements, and market analysis to shape roadmaps and investments.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and executives.
• Onboard customers to Looks dashboards, provide training, and build custom reports.
