Outcomes is seeking a Senior Product Manager to collaborate with senior leadership on the product vision and strategy for transformative healthcare tech solutions. You will oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, lead a cross-functional team, and own Insights analytics built on Google Looker.

In this role you will manage research, business cases, development, and launches, working with customers and potentially mentoring junior PMs.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in healthcare tech.
• 8+ years in product management or related roles.
• Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Own the Insights analytics product built on Google Looker and translate customer needs into dashboards.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
• Build and defend business cases, budget alignment, and ROI calculations.
• Onboard customers and enable Looker dashboards, including licensing and training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data security across the lifecycle.
