Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Data Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to shape the MedInsight data domain. You will own the product roadmap, oversee data extracts and analytics views, and collaborate with actuarial, finance, and engineering teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires healthcare data expertise, strong communication, and the ability to translate business needs into concrete product requirements. Hybrid work is available with multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 6+ years in product management in healthcare.
• For technology roles, experience in consumer-facing software or start-up environments; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own MedInsight product strategy and roadmap for inbound data, outbound extracts, and related enriched data products.
• Manage MedInsight readiness, defects, releases, vendor questions, and change communications to ensure understandable, reliable data products.
• Translate analytic needs into clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and prioritized delivery for engineering and analytics squads.
• Advance semantic, AI-enabled, self-service capabilities for governed semantic layers and AI-powered analytics workflows.
• Partner with Actuarial, Finance, Clinical, Engineering, Governance, and vendor teams to identify high-value MedInsight opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional delivery, manage dependencies, resolve ambiguity, and drive practical solutions.
• Measure adoption, improve data quality, governance, and analytic impact across stakeholders.
